Service Update 1.31 resolves the following issues.

**Repaired functionality.**The following list details items in Dynamics that were not functioning but are now repaired:

Remove calls to LocatorService during SSRS DataExtension load.
SSRS Data extensions do not install the CRM perf counters.
Inactivity timeouts but user could still operate in Dynamics onpremise.
