Starting with Monthly Rollup KB4493472, updates will no longer include PciClearStaleCache.exe, addressing inconsistencies in the internal PCI cache and preventing common symptoms in guest virtual machines and un-updated machines since March 2018. Monthly rollups from April 2018 to March 2019 must be installed prior to April 2019 updates. This security update includes improvements and fixes from KB4499178, addressing several issues in Internet Explorer and various Windows components
