New features included in the November 2016 Public Update for SharePoint Server 2016 (Feature Pack 1)
This security update fixes an issue in SharePoint Server 2016 in which the CoauthoringVersionPeriod value is not regarded in a co-authoring session. After this update is installed,CoauthoringVersionPeriodis set to30minutes by default. A new version of the file won’t be created automatically when a file opens in a co-authoring session. You can change the value ofCoauthoringVersionPeriod per your version creation requirement.
Issue
An error may occur when you upload a file that’s larger than 100 MB to a document library.
Resolution
To solve this issue, install KB 4486753.
