A race condition could have allowed bypassing the fullscreen notification which could have lead to a fullscreen window spoof being unnoticed.This bug only affects Thunderbird for Windows. Other operating systems are unaffected.
When navigating from inside an iframe while requesting fullscreen access, an attacker-controlled tab could have made the browser unable to leave fullscreen mode.

Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code.
