Re2Pcap creates PCAP files from raw HTTP request or response in seconds. It is a Python3 application with a web interface that runs on Alpine Linux in a Docker container. Users can quickly create PCAP files for testing against Snort rules. Re2Pcap allows easy setup without complex multi-VM setup and runs on docker image weighing less than 100MB.
