Chlonium allows cloning and importing encrypted Chromium cookies between browsers, such as Edge, Chrome, and Vivaldi. It consists of two components: 'chlonium.exe' for decrypting the state key and 'ChloniumUI.exe' for importing and re-encrypting cookies with the user's current state key
