LNAV - Log File Navigator

The log file navigator, lnav, is an enhanced log file viewer that uses semantic information to interleave messages from different files, generate histograms of messages over time, and provide hotkeys for navigating. It requires gcc/clang, libpcre, sqlite, ncurses, readline, zlib, bz2, libcurl to build. Installation follows the GNU style. It can also be used with `systemd-journald`, providing various commands for different scenarios
