A potential security vulnerability in some Intel Unite® Client software may allow escalation of privilege. Intel is releasing software updates to mitigate this potential vulnerability.

Recommendation:

Intel recommends updating Intel Unite® Client software to the final version 4.2.35041 to address these issues. This final update is available for download at this location:

Intel has issued a Product Discontinuation Notice for Intel Unite® Client software and recommends that users of the Intel Unite® software uninstall it or discontinue use at their earliest convenience.
