Remediation/Fixes

• **Version 4.2:**Apply IBM Streams Mod Release 4.2.1 Fix Pack 1 (4.2.1.1) from Passport Advantage.
• Version 4.1.1: Apply 4.1.1 Fix Pack 3 (4.1.1.3) or higher.
• **Version 4.0.1:**Apply 4.0.1 Fix Pack 4 (4.0.1.4) or higher.
• **Versions 3.2.1, 3.1.0, and 3.0.0:**For versions earlier than 4.x.x, IBM recommends upgrading to a fixed, supported version/release/platform of the product.
