IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerable to arbitrary code execution in GnuPG Libksba caused by an integer overflow in the CRL parser [CVE-2022-3515]. **DESCRIPTION:**GnuPG Libksba could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by an integer overflow in the CRL parser. By sending a specially-crafted data, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system.
