Summary

This bulletin addresses several security vulnerabilities that are fixed in IBM Cognos Controller.

There are multiple vulnerabilities in IBM® Runtime Environment Java™ Technology Edition, Version 7 and the IBM® Runtime Environment Java™ Technology Edition, Version 8 that are used by IBM Cognos Controller 10.2.0, 10.2.1, 10.3.0, 10.3.1 and 10.4. These issues were disclosed as part of the IBM Java SDK updates in July 2018.

Multiple security vulnerabilities in Apache HTTP Server affect IBM Cognos Controller versions 10.2.0, 10.2.1 and 10.3.0.

A vulnerability in Apache POI affects IBM Cognos Controller versions 10.2.0, 10.2.1, 10.3.0 and 10.3.1 and 10.4.

Multiple vulnerabilities that affect IBM Controller Web 10.4 have been addressed.
