IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerable to a denial of service in TensorFlow, caused by a NULL pointer dereference in tf.raw_ops (CVE-2023-25672). TensorFlow is included as part of the runtimes in our service. This vulnerabilitiy has been addressed. Please read the details for remediation below.

**DESCRIPTION:**TensorFlow is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a NULL pointer dereference in tf.raw_ops.LookupTableImportV2. By sending a specially-crafted request using the values parameter, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
