An error in the command execution of the Storwize V7000 Unified Command Line Interface and the Graphical User Interface could be leveraged by an administrative user to execute native Linux commands as root user.

• Affected releases: Storwize V7000 Unified V1.3.0.0 through V1.3.1.1

REMEDIATION:

Vendor Fix(es): The issue is fixed in Storwize V7000 Unified V1.3.2. Customers running an earlier version of Storwize V7000 Unified must upgrade to Storwize V7000 Unified V1.3.2 or later.
