Summary

IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerable to a denial of service in TensorFlow, , caused by a NULL pointer dereference in tf.raw_ops.ParallelConcat when running XLA (CVE-2023-25676). **DESCRIPTION:**TensorFlow is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a NULL pointer dereference in tf.raw_ops.ParallelConcat when running XLA. By sending a specially-crafted request using the shape parameter, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
