Blind HTTP GET SSRF via Bitwarden website icon fetch (bypass of pull#812). SSRF vulnerability on Bitwarden server allows fetching icon images via domain entrypoint. Pull#812 tries to prevent SSRF attacks but can be bypassed. Proof-of-concept involves setting up a webserver, malicious nameserver, and self-hosted Bitwarden instance with a dummy listener for HTTP endpoints. Bonus potential bypass via DNS resolution TOCTOU attack
