Shopify: change Login Services settings without owner access

Change Shopify Login Services settings without owner access. Only owner can adjust login service for staff. Full access admins cannot view or modify these settings. Admin with access sends a "POST" request to shop.json. Steps are: get access token for full access admin, send POST request to "https://~ShopName~.myshopify.com/admin/shop.json". Data includes google_apps_domain and google_apps_login_enabled. Any admin with setting access can modify this option, limited to owner
