curl: Only OpenSSL handles a CRL when passed in via CApath

Code in vtls/nss.c interprets CApath option differently than OpenSSL. CApath can contain CRL files for certificate verification. NSS loads all files in CApath as CA certificates, ignoring CRLs. This can lead to accepting revoked certificates and breaking connection to legitimate server due to duplicate SN
