TestLink 1.9.20 allows for unrestricted file upload by an authenticated user, leading to remote code execution on the server. The vulnerability exists due to inadequate input validation in the keywordsImport.php script. An attacker can exploit this to upload a PHP web shell and execute arbitrary commands on the server.
