 25: $Config['AllowedExtensions']['File']	= array() ;
 26: $Config['DeniedExtensions']['File']	= array('php','asp','aspx','ascx','jsp','cfm','cfc','pl','bat','exe','dll','reg') ;

It is still to upload files with some dangerous extensions like php3 !
