Use of low-level GF(2^m) elliptic curve APIs with untrusted explicit field polynomial can lead to out-of-bounds memory access & potential remote code execution. Named curves in ECC protocols or X9.62 encoding in X.509 certs are not vulnerable. Affected APIs: EC_GROUP_new_curve_GF2m(), EC_GROUP_new_from_params(), BN_GF2m_*() functions
