[SECURITY] [DSA-2114-1] New git-core packages fix regression

The Debian stable release 5.0.6 included Git update to fix a security issue but introduced a regression. The upgrade fixes the regression and the original security issue (CVE-2010-2542). It is recommended to upgrade git-core packages
