Auctions run at different speeds for prize tiers. V5 implementation delegates prize claiming to claimers, where fees are calculated based on dutch auction & limited by highest tier prize. Gas price could exceed fee leading to unclaimed prizes. New implementation adjusts fees based on prize tier, incentivising lower tiers to be claimed first, resulting in more fees. However, all tiers running on same auction causes auctions to run at different speeds. The fluctuating _maximumFee parameter results in inefficient auctions, impacting fees and unclaimed prizes. Proof of concept code shows fee capped based on tier's max fee. Single auction for all tiers results in consistent decay constant across all tiers
