Policyholder can prevent setRoleHolder/revokeExpiredRole/revokePolicy calls, allowing DoS or misuse of expired roles. Code disallows changes to roles if an action was created in the same block, allowing a malicious policyholder to create actions every block. Checkpoints for role supplies and adding speed limits to action create are recommended.
