If STRATEGY TOKEN is "Toggled off", enabled strategies can withdraw but returning tokens with replenishReserves is disabled. Impact: manage() lacks check for enabled strategy token, replenishTokens checks if the token is an active strategy token. Mitigation: Add enabled strategy token check in manage(), validate getPortStrategyTokenDebt > 0 in replenishReserves(
