Reappearance of M-02 in SafEth.unstake(). The changes in SafEth.unstake() introduced a new issue similar to SfrxEth.withdraw() related to a deferred revert after a call to withdraw() due to rounding. The mitigation of M-02 was to enable/disable derivatives, but it may be insufficient in this case
