The bulkExecute function does not bypass failed executions. According to the documentation, "Add bulk execute function; attempted executions that fail should be bypassed". However, the implementation of bulkExecute does not conform to this spec. Fail executions will not be bypassed, when one execution fails, the whole bulkExecute will revert
