Vulnerability in lockveasset function can cause loss of tokens by not transferring them and not minting if incentiveVeAsset is 0. Contract calling these functions back to back can also result in token loss. Mitigation: Add require statement and check on lockveasset, reconsider the zero check for incentiveVeAsset
