Linux Kernel Denial of Service Vulnerability (CNVD-2023-71723)

Linux kernel is the kernel used by Linux, the open source operating system of the Linux Foundation in the United States. A denial of service vulnerability exists in the Linux Kernel, which originates from a NULL pointer dereference flaw in vmxnet3_rq_cleanup in drivers/net/vmxnet3/vmxnet3_drv.c in the networking subcomponent of vmxnet3. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
