TRENDnet TEW-755AP Stack Overflow Vulnerability (CNVD-2023-18945)

TRENDnet TEW-755AP is a router from TRENDnet, Inc. A stack overflow vulnerability exists in TRENDnet TEW-755AP, which stems from a lack of size checking of the input data in the update_file_name parameter of the auto_up_fw (sub_420A04) function. The vulnerability can be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code on the system.
