Multiple MediaTek chip telephony privilege elevation vulnerabilities

MediaTek chips are a variety of chips from MediaTek, a China-based MediaTek company. Several MediaTek chips telephony has elevation of privilege vulnerability, the vulnerability originated from the package format mismatch, attackers can use the vulnerability for elevation of privilege.
