Apple macOS Monterey Spotlight permission permission and access control issues vulnerability

Apple macOS Monterey is the 18th major release of Apple’s Macintosh desktop operating system, macOS. Apple macOS Monterey prior to version 12.5 is vulnerable to permission and access control issues stemming from Spotlight’s failure to properly impose security restrictions. An attacker could exploit the vulnerability to allow native applications to elevate privileges on the system.
