tinytoml denial of service vulnerability

tinytoml is a small Japanese TOML parser for C 11. tinytoml v0.4 contains a denial of service vulnerability that stems from a stack overflow in the parseFile function when input files are fed into the program. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
