that-value is a multilingual (platform) validator package from the Polish personal developer Paweł Stefański. that-value v0.1.3 is vulnerable to a regular expression denial-of-service (ReDOS) vulnerability that could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service when validating carefully crafted invalid emails.
