Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader are both products of Adobe, a PDF file editing and conversion tool, and Adobe Acrobat Reader is a PDF viewer. The software is used to print, sign and annotate PDFs. Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader have a buffer overflow vulnerability, which originates from the existence of a post-release usage error when dealing with PDF files, and an attacker can gain access to sensitive information using this vulnerability.
