Oracle Database Server Denial of Service Vulnerability

Oracle Database Server is a relational database management system from Oracle Corporation. A denial of service vulnerability exists in Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition RDBMS Security versions 12.1.0.2, 19c, and 21c, which stems from a failure to properly handle incoming error messages, and a highly privileged person with DBA role privileges. An attacker could use this vulnerability to compromise the Oracle database through Oracle Net via network access to cause a denial of service.
