Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability

An elevation-of-privilege vulnerability exists in the Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR agent, a security operations platform for remote endpoint-based detection from Palo Alto Networks Malaysia, which stems from a faulty program call to a high-level local procedure. An authenticated attacker could exploit the vulnerability to execute programs with elevated privileges.
