IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) is an application server product from IBM of the United States. The product is a platform for JavaEE and Web services applications and is the foundation of the IBM WebSphere software platform. IBM WebSphere Application Server - Liberty versions 17.0.0.3 through 22.0.0.1 contain an injection vulnerability that stems from a lack of software restrictions on LDAP. A remotely authenticated attacker could exploit the vulnerability to perform LDAP injection and potentially result in granting privileges to unauthorized resources.
