GPAC avc_parse_slice function denial of service vulnerability

GPAC is an open source multimedia framework. GPAC is vulnerable to a denial of service before 1.0.1. The vulnerability stems from a segmentation error in the avc_parse_slice function in av_parsers.c caused by null pointer dereference. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
