Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac is a Mac-based antivirus software from Trend Micro, Inc. An access control error vulnerability exists in Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac, which is caused by improper access restrictions. A local attacker could exploit the vulnerability to run specially crafted programs to bypass implemented security restrictions and execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges on the system.
