Netgear Nighthawk R6700 Licensing Issue Vulnerability

The Netgear Nighthawk R6700 is a wireless router from Netgear, Inc. An authorization issue vulnerability exists in the Netgear Nighthawk R6700, which stems from the lack of adequate protection for access to the UART console. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute commands as root without authentication by connecting to the UART port via the serial port.
