fcovatti libiec_iccp_mod buffer overflow vulnerability

Libiec_Iccp_Mod is used to modify Libiec6850 Mms to use the Iccp client. fcovatti libiec_iccp_mod v1.5 contains a buffer error vulnerability that stems from the software’s lack of a limit on space size when handling space. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the software service to fail when attempting to invoke an unexpectedly large space.
