Incorrect license management vulnerability for multiple Huawei products

Huawei S12700 and others are an enterprise switch product from Huawei (China). Multiple Huawei products have a security vulnerability that stems from improper license management of the device, resulting in the license file not working properly. An attacker with high privileges could use the vulnerability to exploit the vulnerability on the affected device through specific actions.
