OpenWrt Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

OpenWrt is a Linux operating system for embedded devices. A cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in the OpenWrt luci web-interface, which stems from insufficient cleanup of user-supplied data when processing hostnames in the OpenWrt luci web-interface. A remote attacker could inject and execute arbitrary HTML and scripting code in the user’s browser in the context of a vulnerable website.
