util-linux input validation error vulnerability

util-linux is an open source package. util-linux version 2.37.1 is vulnerable to an input validation error, which stems from an integer overflow in util-linux. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a buffer overflow by using system resources in a way that has a large number of resources in the /proc/sysvipc/sem file.
