Oracle Human Resources Resources (HR) is a proactive management solution that helps control costs while developing and supporting an effective workforce.The People Management component of Oracle Human Resources in Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.1.1-12.1.3 has a security vulnerability. An attacker could use this vulnerability to cause unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of access to critical data or all Oracle Human Resources accessible data, as well as unauthorized access to critical data or full access to all Oracle Human Resources accessible data.
