Oracle MySQL Server Denial of Service Vulnerability

Oracle MySQL Server (mysqld), the MySQL server, is the main program that performs most of the work in a MySQL installation. a security vulnerability exists in the Server: Replication component of Oracle MySQL Server versions 5.7.34, 8.0.25, and earlier. An attacker could exploit the vulnerability to cause MySQL Server to hang or crash frequently and repeatedly (full DOS), as well as perform unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to certain MySQL Server-accessible data.
