The platform provides a development and runtime environment for SAP applications.SAP NetWeaver suffers from an input validation error vulnerability that stems from a network system or product that does not properly validate data boundaries when performing operations on memory, resulting in incorrect read and write operations being performed to other memory locations associated with it. An attacker could use this vulnerability to cause a buffer overflow or heap overflow, among other things.
