Quote validity(minimum valid for 30 days),
Manufacturer name and country of origin,
weight and dimensions
delivery terms and time.
GDI PR & RFQ number in all our correspondences.
Your quotation should include your best prices and reach GDI on or before the bid closing date as mentioned in the RFQ.
Note 1:
Any deviation form RFQ specification, i.e; Part Number/ Manufacturer, must be highlited otherwise it is deemed in accordance to our RFQ. The wrongly supplied item will be sent back to Vendor at there cost . GDI's RFQ Terms & Condition is attached with the RFQ
Finally, in case you are not participating, kindly send your Regret.
Note 2: Our online Suppliers Portal is temporarily out of service, therefore submit your Quotation through Email also note that GDI has stoped receiving mail thru G-MAIL account . Please use other service provider .i.e; Yahoo , Hotmail etc.
Note 3: The supplier must adhere to GDI certificate requirement. Details as mentioned in the RFQ/ Purchase / Service Order or otherwise material will be rejected. One set of (required) Certificates/Test reports must be sent along with the material / shipment.
