Good Morning Sir,
Please see the attached new PO and confirm within 48 hours. The request date on the PO is the delivery date to our warehouse. Please advise with your best delivery date if you cannot meet the date on the order. This must be addressed at the time of confirming the order otherwise the order will be considered as past due.
Please note that U.S. due dates are listed as follows: MONTH/DATE/YEAR
For all ocean shipments: ship date must be 6-7 weeks prior to due date stated on PO
For all air shipments: ship date must be 3-4 weeks prior to due date stated in PO.
