Subject: Statement of Accounts for July

Message Body:

Dear Sir,
Please find our attached statement latest.
There is one invoice for the month July #3447 not paid yet. Please find attached signed
invoice copy and statement of account for your reference.
Since you don’t have the LPO for the outstanding, you didn’t pay the amount. But we couldn’t
to produce the confirmation document from you for that it was done on emergency call from your
side verbally and we acted on it. So please understand the situation and this invoice amount and clear this overdue
Awaiting your updates for above overdue payment and May month (INV #4134 ) payment together
As per our current terms credit period approval is 60days. So kindly clear this amount before 15th.
Thanks & regards,
Anna Tamil
